For many college freshman, one of the hardest parts about the transition into college is going from healthy home cooked meals to the usually gross dorm food or quickly grabbing a bag of chips and calling it a meal. Our purpose is the help inspire college student, or anyone living on a budget, to eat healthy with our quick and simple recipes that can be prepared with items commonly found in a dorm room (i.e. using a microwave, water heater, freezer, etc.). Hopefully these recipes will spice up redundant dorm food and assist in the pursuit of avoiding the freshman 15.
